TummyCats answers one question for cat owners: can my cat eat, chew or touch this? Every answer comes from veterinary and animal poison-control sources, quoted and linked on the page, and the site owner approves every entry before it goes up.
Who runs TummyCats
TummyCats is an independent website. We are not veterinarians, and TummyCats is not a veterinary service. Each entry lists its sources and the date they were checked.
What we can and can’t do
We can tell you what trusted sources say about a food, plant or household product, and what to do next. We can’t examine your cat or give treatment advice. If your cat may have eaten or touched something harmful, call your vet or an animal poison helpline now.
If something isn’t in our list, we haven’t checked it yet. That never means it’s safe.
How we pay for it
TummyCats is free to use and has no adverts. If we ever add affiliate links, they will be labelled, appear only at the bottom of pages marked Safe, and never affect a verdict. Read our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
