Who we are
TummyCats (“we”) runs tummycats.com. To ask anything about your information, use our contact form and choose “Other”.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, the reason you chose, the item name if you give one, and your message, so we can read it and reply. We only store a message if you tick the consent box.
- Your country choice: when you pick a country for helpline numbers, the choice is saved in your own browser so it’s remembered next time. It is never sent to us.
- Server logs: our web host records technical details such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for visitors. Cookies are only used when a site editor logs in to manage the site.
Who we share it with
Only the service that runs the site: our web host, Hostinger, which stores the site and the messages sent through it. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive, or sooner if you ask. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited time under its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, through our contact form. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
